Payment and Shipping Information

Ordering

The ordering process will depend on the type of payment you would like to use. Note, for Book orders please follow the instructions at the top of the reference page. We accept PayPal (which will allow you to pay by credit or debit card), personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.
 

PayPal

To purchase coins* using Paypal, simply click the "add to cart" button next to the item you would like to purchase. From there you will be taken to the CoinMine paypal shopping cart. You can either click "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout". When you are ready to check out you can return to the shopping cart by clicking the "View Cart" button available on all inventory pages. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the shopping cart page and follow the instructions from there to pay using your paypal account, credit card, or debit card.  

Personal Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order

To purchase coins* or books using a personal check, cashiers check, or money order, send an email to coinminer@coinmine.com telling us which item(s) you would like to purchase as well as your shipping address. We will send you an email, usually within 24 hours or less, with the total cost of your order including shipping and handling charges. Use the total from that email to write a check or purchase a cashiers check or money order. We will ship your order upon receipt of cleared payment. Note, it can take up to 10 days for payment to clear.

Shipping and Handling

Our shipping and handling charges include the cost of mailing you your item plus a handling charge to cover shipping materials and our time. Coin orders over $25 are shipped insured. Items are shipped using USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Media Mail (books only). We typically ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
